It was hard for me, yesterday, the night.
In my dreamy travels, this time, I got the sea.
A dark sea, tinged with stormy darkness,
That dragged me away from You.
So much so that I woke up, sweating with anguish,
hoping it was only a dream.
And I searched for You, between those sheets, surrendering,
in the end, that You were not there.
And the relief of Your voice would have been enough for me, but,
in such a nocturnal moment,
it was arduous even to imagine it.
So, to ease my torments, in that silent darkness,
I imagined Your breath in sleep.
